במסגרת התוכניות של פורום מיכל סלה, לאה הפכה מאישה שורדת אלימות לאישה שמובילה פתרון אמיתי למניעת אלימות ולסטארטאפיסטית שמנהלת את מיזם Soul: תכשיט מעוצב שבתוכו מוטמן לחצן מצוקה.
יחד עם שותפתה למיזם עדן כחלון.
לאה קוזלובסקי היא יזמת מבטיחה ואישה צעירה ומוכשרת שחוותה אלימות על בשרה, פנתה לפורום מיכל סלה וקיבלה הגנה ואבטחה במסגרת "סיירת מיכל".
בהמשך היא השתתפה בשלוש תוכניות נוספות של פורום מיכל סלה!
ראשית השתתפה בסדנת רעיונאות "שום דבר עלינו בלעדינו" שם לאה המציאה רעיון לפתרון טכנולוגי שהיה מציל אותה, בעזרת הצוות המקצועי של חברת EY.
בהמשך היא הגישה את הרעיון לתחרות "האקתון מיכל סלה Safe@Home" והתקבלה.
שם לאה הפכה לראש צוות לפיתוח המיזם שהמציאה.
לאה ניצחה בחצי גמר והגיע לאירוע הגמר במעמד נשיא המדינה ומנכ"ל Google.
כיום לאה משתתפת בתוכנית ההמשך אקדמיית מיכל סלה לסטארטפים, מבית פורום מיכל סלה, בשיתוף Google for Startups Israel.
